      <description>The Los Angeles Angels have made four transactions today that affect the pitching staff of the Arkansas Travelers.  RHP Brok Butcher had joined the Travs starting rotation from single-A Rancho Cucamonga and LHP Brad Beck has also rejoined the club's bullpen from the Quakes.  In corresponding moves, the Angels have released RHP Chris Saenz and placed RHP Jesse Smith on the disabled list.</description>
