The team jumped out to a 5-2 victory, and staved off a late rally by the Threshers in order to seal the victory.  Closer Eduardo Morlan picked up his third save of the season, as Erik Lis provided the pop once again.</description>

      <title>Fort Myers Loses Again, Downed 3-2</title>
      <description>The Fort Myers Miracle were defeated by the Sarasota Reds 3-2 on Friday, as they were once again the only Twins farm team to play.  The Miracle got some great pitching performances, but once again got no help offensively.  The team also committed four errors, dropping the Twins High-A affiliate to 0-2 on the young season.</description>
