Coach's Corner

One of the first hires Steve Sarkisian made when he put his UW staff together five years ago was Johnny Nansen, and now he and Dan Cozzetto are the only remaining original members of Sark’s inaugural staff. Seven others have moved on but Nansen remains the one constant force and believe me he is a player’s coach whose recruiting alone has made him worthy of his title as assistant head coach.

Practice Spotlight - Day Nine

SEATTLE - Day Nine of Spring Football at Washington was a little like the weather - a mixed bag. There was an emphasis on turnovers, but also an emphasis on passing too. It definitely gave the chance for the defense to shine and they did, forcing turnovers, getting stops and just causing problems for the offense in general.

Who was to blame? Who was there to praise? And where does UW's defense go from here? All legit questions.
