New Britain struggled through the month of July, putting together an 11-18 record, as they got just could not get all their starters on track at the same time. They did get some great efforts from some prospects, as they look to gain some ground in August.

April Recaps: New Britain Rock Cats

The New Britain Rock Cats did not have a bad month, finishing close to .500, as they got some great pitching throughout April. A bunch of the top hitting prospects they have on the roster are off to slow starts, but the staff has done it’s best to keep them in the running in the Eastern League. If a couple guys get hot, they could easily get over .500 very quickly.
