Pino, Putnam, Pestano Pitch One-hitter!

Yohan Pino, Zach Putnam and Vinnie Pestano pitched a combined one-hitter for Columbus to win 1-0 at Scranton/Wilkes-Barre on Friday night. The Clippers lead the best-of-five series, 2-1. There wasn't a bit of no-hit drama, however. Pino gave up a single to the first batter he faced, walked the next man and the Yankees never had a guy reach base again. Columbus scratched out an eighth-inning run.
