      <description>Yankee starter Jeff Karstens made his second rehab start in Triple-A Friday night and things for the 24 year-old were tough. Although Karstens did throw six scoreless innings and allowed just two hits, he did walk four batters and threw 90 pitches, 51 of which registered for strikes. He also found himself in serious jams in the first two innings and he wasn't exactly happy with his performance.
