      <description>
Veteran free agent safety Madieu Williams agreed to terms with the Washington Redskins, according to a league source with knowledge of the situation.
Williams visited the Redskins last Friday and the Atlanta Falcons on Monday.
The former Cincinnati Bengals and Minnesota Vikings starter was with the San Francisco 49ers last season.
He had nine tackles in 15 games with three starts.</description>
