STARKVILLE, Miss. -- Randall Cobb led the Wildcats to two third quarter touchdown drives, and Matt Roark blocked the potential game-tying extra point in the 4th quarter to lead Kentucky over Mississippi State, 14-13.
VAUGHT: Dixon ready to go back home

He was the Alabama Class A Back of the Year in 2003 when he ran for 2,298 yards and 36 touchdowns and set a state record with 43 touchdowns.
Since his hometown of Parrish was less than 30 minutes from the University of Alabama football stadium, it was no surprise Tony Dixon had thoughts of playing for only one school — Alabama.

Can the 2008 captains be great leaders?

The leadership for the 2007 edition of the Kentucky Wildcats is currently attempting to carve out a niche for themselves in the big business world of the NFL’s big contracts and meat markets. The 2007 Wildcats had tremendous leadership in Andre Woodson, Keenan Burton, Wesley Woodyard, and Jacob Tamme. Who will provide leadership for the 2008 edition of the Wildcats?
