      <description>When the Reds added Andrew Cisco to their farm out of high school in South Carolina is was felt they got a pitcher that was very polished for his age.  It was no wonder since his grandfather used to be a pitching coach.  Instead of zooming up the system he had Tommy John surgery before he pitched a game.  Now two year's later he's finally pitching competitively again for Billings.</description>
