Last year it was Johnathon McCrary from Cedar Grove and this year it's Elijah Staley from Wheeler High School in Marietta.  The 6-foot-7, 210-pound signal caller made his commitment during the Black &amp; Gold Spring Game.  He spoke to VandyMania.com on the decision to "Anchor Down" with the Commodores.</description>
