      <description>Craig Scott was set to be a Vandal on January 4th.  That was before the 6-foot-2, 180-pound wide receiver from Kansas City, Mo., was extended an offer from Navy's Mick Yokitis.  After an official visit to Annapolis, Scott was singing a different tune.  Instead of heading to the Great Northwest for Idaho, Scott will be playing on the east coast at the Naval Academy.</description>
