      <description>Miguel Pena debuted with the Lowell Spinners in 2011. This year at the low-A level he is pitching for the Greenville Drive with a 1.72 ERA. Many questioned Pena’s decision to decline the first two offers he received to sign professionally —first for the Washington Nationals in 2009 and again for the San Diego Padres in 2010. But Pena said he doesn’t regret his decision to hold out.</description>
