      <description>Tony Durkin, a 5-foot-3, 270-pound center from Tinley Park (IL) Andrew High School, made an unofficial visit to Minnesota Wednesday and plans to visit Big Ten rival Purdue Thursday. Durkin has a scholarship offer from the Gophers and former teammate Mark Lenkiewicz signed with Minnesota. Durkin hopes to make a decision soon and could become the Gophers' second commitment for the Class of 2011.</description>
