OSU SPRING DAY 11: Hatfield's role expanding?

CORVALLIS – Day 11 was low key, but it was by design – Thursday marked the third day Oregon State ran without pads this spring. Center Isaac Seumalo returned for a few snaps, wide receiver Micah Hatfield got some love from Mike Riley and the defensive secondary had another impressive day. One would think that, sans the pads, the day might be light on details, but that would be wrong...

SPRING DAY 9: Injury bug bites Beav TEs

CORVALLIS–Connor Hamlett went down, and Tyler Perry went down harder. Two Beav tight ends saw an early halt to their practice session on Monday and while one didn’t appear serious, the other got hauled off the field in a cart wearing a look of anguish on his face. There was other news on Day Nine, including a new look on defense, the tailbacks put on a show and the secondary deserves some praise.

OSU SPRING DAY 5: Lots to talk about

CORVALLIS – It may only be Day Five of spring ball for the Beavs but things are heating up. The hunt for talented depth continues in the linebacker, cornerback and wide receiver corps and Mike Cavanaugh shows no mercy when it comes to his pool of offensive linemen. Obum Gwacham has a strong day, Brandin Cooks takes a player under his wing and much more…

OSU SPRING PREVIEW: The Offensive Line

CORVALLIS – Four returning starters, a few fresh faces and depth – that’s the storyline up front at OSU this spring. The Beavs will enter the 15 practices of spring ball laden with o-linemen, many of whom will have the chance to make an impact due to some bumps and bruises in the blocking platoon. Sean Harlow will make his first blocks as a Beaver, and a position battle royale could take place.

BF.C COMMENTARY: Ask the Insiders

THE OFFENSIVE LINE was not a major focus in the 2013 recruiting class - the Beavs signed but two. But that also means there's tons to talk about regarding the o-linemen on the current roster. OSU has taken a hit to their depth with Derek Nielsen leaving for Sac State. And so two of our resident insiders, Chad Luther and Drew Wilson-McGrath, delve into that topic and more....

SCOUTING: Young guns on OSU's 2013 o-line

CORVALLIS -- With the book now closed on the 2012 season, it’s time to look ahead and to the young up-and-comers -- some of whom look poised to impact the 2013 season. And what better place to start than on the position grouping that caused so much discussion in Oregon State's bowl game – the offensive line.
