      <description>Wide receiver Keiwone Malone has been cleared by the NCAA and is eligible to begin competition immediately, University of Memphis football coach Larry Porter announced Friday.

Malone, who transferred from Alabama this summer, has been practicing since the start of fall camp and will play in tomorrow’s game against Arkansas State.</description>
